wtackleou Shop provides a 1-year limited warranty on all products (e.g., shelves, cosmetic organizers) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies from the date of original purchase.

2. What is Covered?

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts.

  • Issues arising from manufacturing flaws.

3. What is Not Covered?

  • Damage caused by:

    • Accidents, misuse, or abuse.

    • Improper assembly, maintenance, or cleaning.

    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading).

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team within the warranty period.

  2. Provide:

    • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

    • Photos/videos clearly showing the defect.

    • A detailed description of the issue.

  3. We will evaluate the claim and provide further instructions (e.g., return shipping label if applicable).

5. Resolution Options

  • Repair: Defective parts will be repaired.

  • Replacement: If repair is not possible, a replacement product will be provided.

  • Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, a full or partial refund will be issued.

6. Shipping for Warranty Services

  • Within Estonia: We cover shipping costs for warranty returns/replacements.

  • International: Customers are responsible for initial return shipping costs. We cover the cost of shipping replacements back to the customer.

7. Important Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • The warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Estonian consumer law.
